All our pork comes from Kelly’s farm in Kiltoom. Peader Kelly has been raising all of their own pig’s since 1977, and we have dealt with them for many years due to the high quality pigs they produce. We visit the farm every week and select the pigs we need and process them by hand in our abattoir.
We have started dealing with local farmers who are producing Free Range Rare Breed Pigs, this market is growing and allows us to provide our customers with plenty of variety and to sample cuts of meat not readily available in most shops.
